Here's how a day actually works inside it.

You open your workspace. No wall of tasks staring you down. You could choose to start with one page: Today. Which helps you get started, or choose any other page that you think will help you organize your thoughts based on that day.

Before anything else, you check in with your energy — not to decide what to skip, but to know how to approach what's ahead. Low energy doesn't mean you should skip those tasks. It means you need more support to get started, and need to think what to approach, when and how.

🧠 Brain Dump

Then your brain starts firing. A worry, a random idea, something you don't want to forget. You drop it all into the 🧠Brain Dump — no fields to fill, no categories required. Just type and move on. It'll be there when you're ready.

⚡ Tasks

When you're ready to act, you open ⚡Tasks. This is where thoughts become real. You give each task : a next physical step — not "do the project," but "open the doc and write the title." Something so small you can't say no to it.

You also mark how much energy it needs, and how big it actually is. This system will categorize tasks based on energy, what needs to be done now, and what 📦 Needs Breaking Down.

And when you finish a task, you can put it in the 🏆WINS section, to help boost your confidence in getting things done.

🔥Habits

If you want to track 🔥 habits, there's a space for that too. Each habit has a tiny version — a smaller, easier form of it for when you don't have the full version in you.

You could also use the 📅Habit Log, the log is just a record of how it went. Pick the habit, pick the day, and mark what habit you practiced, write down hat you did and when, mark whether you did the full version of it, or a tiny version. That's it. No streaks, no scores — just an honest picture of how you're showing up.

📅 Weekly Reset

And when Sunday comes around, Weekly Reset asks you five questions. Wins first. Then what you learned, what to carry forward, and what to let go of. Ten minutes. Done.
