Shuppi Community Guidelines and Content Moderation Policy
Last Updated: July 19, 2025
At Shuppi, we are committed to building and sustaining a safe, inclusive, and trustworthy digital marketplace that empowers creators and connects them with a global audience. These Community Guidelines and Content Moderation Policies are designed to maintain the integrity of the platform, protect users, and promote ethical collaboration between Sellers, Buyers, Affiliates, and Partners.
While digital products, affiliate-driven sales, and cross-border commerce can present complex and evolving situations, our goal is to ensure that Shuppi remains a welcoming, creative, and compliant space for all users. These guidelines apply to all activities on the platform, including product listings, user-generated content, profile information, affiliate communications, and external promotions connected to Shuppi.
Introduction
This Community Guidelines and Content Moderation Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the standards for behavior and content that apply across the Shuppi digital marketplace and community. It is designed to promote trust, creativity, fairness, and compliance within our global ecosystem of Sellers, Buyers, Affiliates, and Partners.
This Policy applies to all participants on the Shuppi platform, including but not limited to:
- Sellers who list and distribute digital products,
- Affiliates and Growth/Founding Partners who promote Shuppi and its products,
- Buyers who engage with and purchase digital goods,
- Community members participating in forums, affiliate channels, or promotional spaces,
- And third-party service providers and collaborators operating in connection with Shuppi.
This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, [Affiliate Program Agreement], [Seller Terms], and any other agreement governing your relationship with Shuppi Inc.
Note: We may, in our sole discretion, consider conduct that occurs off-platform (such as on social media, private messages, or through external affiliate marketing) if it materially affects trust, safety, legal compliance, or the integrity of the Shuppi community.
Types of Content Governed by This Policy
This Policy covers two primary categories of content:
1. Platform Content
This includes any content created, commissioned, or distributed by Shuppi Inc. directly, such as:
- Product listing templates
- Affiliate marketing materials
- Educational or onboarding resources
- System-generated notifications and email content
Shuppi maintains internal editorial and compliance processes to ensure that Platform Content is clear, legal, and reflective of our brand and business practices.
2. Community Content
This includes any content generated by users in connection with their use of the Shuppi platform, including but not limited to:
- Product listings, titles, and descriptions
- Digital files uploaded for sale
- Affiliate referral content and promotional posts
- Community forum discussions, reviews, or public profiles
- Messages or interactions through Shuppi-integrated tools
Shuppi does not pre-screen all Community Content but retains the right to moderate**, remove,** or restrict access to any content that violates this Policy or other applicable terms.
Community & Content Moderation Guidelines
At Shuppi, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and creative ecosystem for Sellers, Buyers, Affiliates, and Partners across the globe. These Community Guidelines serve to define acceptable conduct and content across the platform and all promotional channels connected to the Shuppi brand.
Because digital marketplaces and affiliate networks are inherently diverse in both expression and business activity, we strive to balance freedom of expression with user safety, legal compliance, and quality assurance. Not all content may align with your personal tastes or business preferences—but certain behaviors and content will not be tolerated.
Violations of this Policy may result in consequences such as content removal, suspension of account privileges, termination of affiliate relationships, restriction from the platform, or other enforcement actions** **as outlined in our Terms of Service and platform agreements.
1. Hate Speech, Harassment, and Discrimination
We do not tolerate any speech or conduct that promotes or incites hate, discrimination, violence, or targeted harassment, whether in product listings, promotional content, support messages, affiliate materials, community forums, or private messages.
Examples of prohibited conduct include:
- Hate speech or discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any protected category
- Threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or illegal acts

- Product listings that contain offensive slurs, hate symbols, or extremist messages
- Use of Shuppi’s affiliate or messaging tools to harass or intimidate others
2. Nudity and Sexually Explicit Content
Shuppi is not a platform for adult content or NSFW materials.
Prohibited content includes:
- Nudity or partial nudity in product previews or promotional material
- Sexually explicit language, imagery, or product listings
- Suggestive or fetish content with no educational, artistic, or permitted commercial context
If you intend to distribute adult educational content or therapeutic resources (e.g., sexual health guides), such listings must be clearly labeled, non-explicit in visual previews, and may be reviewed for compliance.
3. Misinformation and Harmful Claims
We prohibit content or product listings that:
- Promote false claims that may endanger health, safety, or financial well-being
- Include deceptive product descriptions that mislead buyers

Examples include:
- “Cure-all” guides or unverified wellness content

Our affiliate program and marketing tools are designed to build trust and genuine engagement—not to enable spam or abuse.
Prohibited actions include:

5. Privacy Violations and Personal Data Abuse
Shuppi values the privacy of its users. You must not collect, use, or share another user's personal information without their clear consent.
Examples of violations include:
- Sharing private messages, emails, or purchase history without consent
- Collecting user data through deceptive product downloads
- Including tracking scripts or hidden identifiers in product files
- Doxxing or revealing someone's real identity or location
6. Intellectual Property Infringement and Misrepresentation
We are committed to protecting intellectual property rights across our marketplace.
You may not:

- Use trademarks, logos, or brand names you don’t own or license
- Impersonate another seller, affiliate, or company
- Use AI-generated or third-party content without the right to do so
- Upload “repackaged” versions of products from other platforms
Please consult our DMCA & IP Policy for more on how to report or respond to IP claims.
7. Other Offensive or Disruptive Content
Content that undermines trust, degrades user experience, or interferes with Shuppi’s operations may be subject to moderation even if not explicitly banned elsewhere.
This includes:
- Products or communications that promote scams, pyramid schemes, or predatory financial practices
- Abusive feedback, inflammatory public reviews, or fake testimonials
- Off-topic or irrelevant content in seller forums, reviews, or help spaces
- Use of language or imagery that is excessively vulgar or disruptive to platform decorum
Healthy disagreement and diverse perspectives are welcome, but participants must always remain civil, respectful, and commercially constructive.
Enforcement & Policy Updates
At Shuppi, our mission is to provide a vibrant, trustworthy, and inclusive platform where creators, marketers, and consumers can thrive. To uphold this goal, we maintain a set of evolving community standards and content policies that are informed by feedback from users, legal and regulatory requirements, and the dynamic nature of digital marketplaces.
We rely on the participation of our community—Sellers, Affiliates, Buyers, and Partners—to maintain the integrity of the platform. We appreciate the trust you place in us to make enforcement decisions that reflect our values, protect our users, and ensure Shuppi remains a safe and empowering environment for digital commerce.
